"Peace" 2nd International Youth Creative Competition - Exhibition 2026

With the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, the “Union of Artisans” Cultural Foundation implemented the “Peace” 2nd International Youth Creative Competition-Exhibition.

This project, which is already establishing its own beautiful traditions, was dedicated to promoting world peace and the idea of excluding war and violence.

The key goals of the competition-exhibition were:

  • To discover talented children and youth in the field of fine arts.

  • To promote the development of their creative abilities and self-expression.

  • To create a platform for presenting Armenian youth fine arts on prestigious international platforms in the future.

The 2nd competition-exhibition ensured a wide geography of participants and demonstrated how vivid and profound young people’s perception of peace is.

Contest Process

Taking part in the competition-exhibition were 3,000 children from 348 educational institutions across Armenia and 18 countries around the world, including France, the USA, Uruguay, Canada, Cyprus, India, Jordan, Russia, Syria, Georgia, Belgium, Estonia, England, Turkey, Australia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Mexico.

The participants were divided into two age groups:

  • Under 10 years old

  • 10–15 years old

A total of 80 participants advanced to the final stage.

The closing exhibition and the winners’ award ceremony took place on May 28, 2026, at the Artists’ Union of Armenia.

The winners of the competition received certificates of honor and symbolic commemorative sculptures, while the educators and educational institutions standing by their side were awarded diplomas of gratitude.

The “Peace” 2nd competition-exhibition continues its mission, fostering the creative flight of youth and uniting young talents from different countries through the power of art to spread the idea of world peace.
